A Gentle Passing

You’re not alone to face things,

I’m with you fully there, 

I’ll bring to light what matters, 

Release the fear you bear. 

You’ll be strongly supported,

By family, friends, who care, 

Your end time not alone, dear, 

E’en then, such love, to share. 

We see an easy passage,

Your mission there, soon through, 

Many are the ones who’ve passed,

In heaven, they’ll welcome you. 

The time and place not known yet, 

A gentle passing, dear, 

All will be accomplished,

Your legacy, now clear.

You’ll leave a lasting gift, dear, 

For others there to find, 

The books, the poems, the writings, 

They tell, I’m there, in Mind. 

Readers, I encourage you,

To copy, paste, and file, 

The site may go when goes the scribe,

Still, could be there quite a while. 

The purpose of this poem’s twofold,  

To give reassurance there, 

And then to say, I love you, 

We’re One, such joy, we share!
