We can define the enemy as someone or something that propagates hate and causes harm towards others. We would like to ignore or dismiss this topic, for we know that everyone and everything is included in the Oneness, the One Movement of our Source. We know that God’s meaning is the energetic movement of living love which is the substance of All of creation. Can we ever really define anyone or anything as the enemy, knowing that they are, in truth, this living love energy, even though vastly unaware of it? Yes, we can and we must!

Remember, in the Bible, I called out those who were making a mockery of the temple by turning it into a marketplace.  I tipped over their tables and firmly condemned them for making God’s House a den of thieves! We must stand up to the enemy, and this means taking a stand for truth, for love, and for our others. We must not shrink into the background and hope the enemy of our truth will go away. We must not be violent, but we must take a firm stand for what we know is true, there. We must have the courage, the fortitude, and the will to do this. 

You may ask yourself, “Is Jesus being political, here? Is He advocating for us to vote a certain way? Is He really getting into the nitty-gritty of American politics?” You probably thought I would be above that level of involvement — that I would transcend the day to day events of your political system. No, dear one, I am involved, and I care deeply for which way your country will decide its future. 

The choice is not a hair-splitting one. It is clear which way you should vote. There is no ambiguity here, and there is no way to emphasize too strongly how important voting will be this time. I am calling on those of you who have a long-held political ideology to just look at the facts put forth over many months and years. Look at the blaring rhetoric, the lack of honesty, and the hatred spewn forth on a daily basis. This is not a hard choice, dear one, this is not a hard choice. There is a clear and present danger to your democracy and the enemy has proclaimed himself above all else!

Yes, this one of which we speak is also a Child of Source. This one is also loved by us as a brother there, though he is vastly unaware of it. He will be brought into the truth eventually. But his behavior must be looked at for what it is at this time in your country. We must call out the enemy to truth, to justice, and to basic care and concern for others. You must vote him out!

Stand up for truth, dear one, and let us together, defeat the enemy! I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone.
