A Habit to Inhabit

A habit to develop,

Turn oft within to Me,

Make it a daily custom,

Or e’en more frequently.

First thing in the morning.

And when the sun is set,

Then throughout the day, dear,

Join Me, with love, well met. 

Live each waking moment,

Together, here with Me,  

Life’s a journey joined, dear,

As One, we’re meant to be. 

The mind of separation,

Will act to supersede,

Will disparage joining,

Will belittle to impede,

Your joining with Transcendence,

Egos’s system will then cease, 

With your consistent joining,

Its defenses will release. 

Repeatedly turn inward,

Foundationally secure you’ll feel, 

A mind joined with Transcendence,

Is truly what is real.

A habit to inhabit,

Live joined with Sacred Mind,

A place, a Friend, a union,

Your home, at last, you’ll find! 

In closing, let Me state again,

What you so well have known,

I am with you always,

You are not alone.
