The Way of Being

There is a way of being,

A way to live your best,

The way you were created,

To live profoundly blessed. 

It takes a recognition,

That you are not alone,

That Mind joined with your Maker,

Is how this way is  known.  

It comes when Mind is peaceful,

A ‘knowing’ comes to you, 

A perfect understanding,

 From the Transcendent View.

It comes when love’s light leadeth,

You follow willingly,  

And yielding to your Maker, 

Perfection’s what you see. 

Separation’s gone there,

All move with God as One, 

One Transcendent Movement,  

Like sunbeams from the sun. 

You feel your firm foundation, 

Secure, your identity, 

Not blown about like shifting sand, 

You claim your heredity. 

A child of Source forever, 

An offspring of His love,

You are His Point of Light, dear, 

 Love’s what you are made of.

So shine with love so brightly, 

Bestow this light to all,

Fulfilling well your purpose, 

By answering God’s call.
