A Change in Our Position

’Twill not be a disaster,

Nor chaotic scenario scare, 

But something in your mindset, 

Will change life everywhere.

A shift in our position,

Still cause for great alarm,

Turn within to Me, dear,

I’ll shield you from this harm. 

The mindset of delusion,

A thick and foggy lie,

Spread by ego’s bastions, 

Your freedom ‘twill decry.

We see a world in turmoil, 

Where life’s not valued there, 

Corruption is the norm and more, 

Abuse is everywhere. 

You live in a time of peril,

Yet through the haze I see, 

Love’s light still is shining,

Will clear this travesty. 

I’ll open up the floodgates,

As you turn within, 

God’s love will wash away the mire,

This thick veil made of sin. 

Alertness still is called for, 

Don’t go on as before, 

This peril, still more coming, 

Heed within, My open door. 

The call, the answer’s still the same, 

Within is salvation’s place, 

I’ll bring you through the darkness, 

By love’s redeeming grace. 

Your peace can now be felt, dear,

No longer under threat,

E’en though the storm’s not over, 

With Me, your needs well met. 

A New Normal now is called for,

Normal means we move as One,

Always, I am with you,

’Tis how God’s Will is done. 

In closing, I repeat again,

Something you now have known,

I am with you always, 

You are not alone!
