The Joy of Giving Through Mind Action

When we are given something that we want and need, our hearts are often filled with warmth, joy, and gratitude towards the giver. And often, we express our appreciation to the giver, in various ways. The giver, in turn, feels the joy of the recipient and the gratitude that is given to him for what he has given. So joy is experienced both by the receiver and the giver as the result of Mind Action at work. Generally speaking, we can say that giving is not a ‘one way street’ to use a common phrase. Both the giver and the receiver experience joy through the act of giving.

We are at the point in the year when Thanksgiving is emphasized. I want to tell you that as so many have expressed their ‘thank you’s’ to Me, I have experienced joy in giving, dear ones. It is a joy to put forth these words each day through the mind of this woman, and it is a joy to see each of you on the receiving end, getting something out of them. I feel your changed hearts and minds and your willingness to turn inward to Me and accept the gift of friendship I offer to you. 

The woman, too, receives both the joy of giving and the reflective joy of receiving, as she sees so many now have turned to the website, there. She wishes to thank each and every one of you for coming to the site day in and day out, and for sharing the good news of direct connection with Me, to your others, there. She takes no credit other than a willingness to listen and write what she hears from Me. Yes, we are One, entwined with living love and allowing the Transcendent to come through each and every day. It is our joy to do this and in the spirit of true Thanksgiving, we proclaim in  resounding joy, Thank you, God, for our Oneness, for the joy that fills us with your meaning of living love, as it unfolds ever anew! Thank you, God, Thank you, God!

Fulfillment is in Giving

The difficult made easy, Lord, 

The burden seemed so light,

Just opening up to guidance, 

Turned work into delight. 

It was the joy of giving, Lord,

In helping one in need,

That filled my heart with gladness. 

 Fulfillment there, indeed!

“To give is to receive,” You’ve said,

This truth, I felt today,

For I received real happiness,

In giving love, God’s way.

I’ll listen to your words, Lord,

So ready I will be,

When the call to give is heard, Lord, 

I’ll do so willingly.

I want to be of service,

To fulfill my mission’s call,

Fulfillment is in giving,

To you, Lord, I give all. 

Love makes the work seem easy,

Love clears the old, makes new,

Love ’s light leads ever onward,

Now fulfillment shines on through!
