The Antidote for Fear

Fear is the feeling that furthers isolation. It is an emotion that can be paralyzing for some, or cause negative ‘acting out’ by others. Many are the reasons why people feel afraid in life, but often it is based on actions from an earlier time. Physical and mental abuse, a parent’s judgement of harshness or rejection, a deep feeling of worthlessness or an feeling of inability to ‘fit in’ with others. Fear is a major feeling in mental instability. Many are the reasons for fear— too numerous to mention here. Always, fear is ‘ego’ based. 

 The ‘one size fits all’ remedy for fear though, dear one,  is opening up to the love of our Source. Here, living love’s healing power will erase fear and give each one  who opens to it, a life free of the shackles of fear and its paralyzing and harmful effects. Now I am not negating the benefits of medicine for some forms of mental illness where fear dominates. But always, living love, when turned to in earnest, will bring relief such as cannot be imagined. When you feel deeply loved yourself, it has a spill-over effect on others. No longer are you afraid, but you see others as a part of the Wholeness of you, as One with your Source. Feeling  deeply loved, your shackles or defenses are not raised when you might feel criticized, and you do not react in a way that feels rejection. You know that this could never be, because you are not separate from your Loving Source, who knows not of these things. 

You are One with your Creator, dear one. When you feel afraid, turn within to Me. When you feel criticized, turn to Me, and when you feel paralyzed, turn to Me.  Now and always I am there to turn to, dear one. In the face of your fear, turn to Me, and I will show you the ‘living love’ way out of it! You are not alone ever, and My Love for you is ever strong and ever present. Never alone, dear one, truly never alone.  

Release Your Fear

Let life flow forth unlimited,

By fear and what might be,

Trust in providentiual power,

Place your faith with Me.

Don’t shrivel and lay low, there,

Hunkering down, no need, 

Don’t feel you’ll be abandoned,

I’m there, for you, indeed!

The troubles that befall you,

The problems big or small,

Living love’s the answer,

Flows forth, renewing all. 

Just put things in perspective,

Join with the Transcendent view,

Your heritage of Oneness, 

Mean’s God’s entwined with you. 

His will for you is awakening,

To whom you really are,

Perfect, whole, and free, dear,

You are His shining star. 

I’m there to guide, assist you,

Love will point the way,

Release your fears, your worries,

Join with Me this day. 

Let go your pent up tension,

The fear mentality,

Let it go like smoke there,

Breathe deep, fresh air, with Me.  

Rest now and relax, dear, 

All is well I say,

Soon you’ll feel renewed again, 

Find joy with Me each day.
