You Are A Spiritual Being

This language so familiar,

These words, they may seem stale,

Yet repetition’s needed,

To break through ego’s veil. 

The ego’s deep illusion,

That claims it’s what is you, 

Says, ‘don’t give up your own will’. 

Claims Jesus’ voice ‘not true.’ 

It claims you’re an individual,

Who was born alone, and hence,

Must shield yourself from harm there, 

Says, ‘defense makes good sense.’

Says, ‘don’t depend on Jesus,’

On the spiritual side of things, 

Says, ‘there’s no proof, no reason,

Delusion’s what it brings.’ 

Truly, I’m hear to tell you,

Please hear Me loud and clear,

YOU ARE A SPIRITUAL BEING,

Connected directly, dear!

Transcendent Mind is yours. dear, 

God joins you fully, there, 

Let the ego’s separation talk, 

Be dismissed as just hot air!

As you join with Me, within,

And our Oneness is what’s known. 

You’ll turn to My love, always, 

You’ll know you are My Own. 

In closing, know I love you,

I’m real, dear, this is true,

The Jesus of the Bible, 

Dwells, in love, with you!
