A Quiet Day Of Joining

Don’t look for excitation, 

Some drama in your life, 

A hurdle to jump over,

Some worries or some strife. 

A peaceful day with Me, dear, 

As One, in joy we dwell,  

I’m here as your companion, 

I know your ways, so well. 

Emotions are at rest, dear,

We’re in a quiet space, 

We flow as One together, 

In peace, in love, in grace. 

We have events forth coming,

Family, friends, we’ll see, 

Now’s the time to rest, dear, 

For busy, you will be. 

I tell you from My vantage point,

All is going well, 

Nothing out of place, dear, 

Relax, the truth, I tell. 

Enjoy some lovely music,

Walk in the cool fresh air, 

Remember that I accompany you,

Your best friend—I’m right there.  

The simple things in life, dear,

Are ordinary ways,

This is what life’s made of,

It’s how we fill our days.  

Enjoy your life as poet,

Enjoy our writing time,  

Sharing truth with others,

We soar, dear, as we rhyme.  

A quiet day of joining, 

Your life lived there with Me, 

Bound as One forever,

In joy eternally!
