Always I Am With You

Let me open up this day, 

To what you have in store, 

Let me pay attention, Lord,

To what your words downpour. 

Let my mind stay tuned there,

Aligned, in peace, with Thee, 

The relationship itself, Lord,

Brings such ecstasy. 

Right now, all is so quiet, 

No pressing deed to do,

A day of joy and peace, Lord,

Entwined, so close, to You. 

You know that I am willing,

That I will give my whole, 

To be a loving witness, 

 To help a hurting soul, 

Randi, I can see there, 

Just go about your day, 

Relax in our relationship, 

Love’s light will point the way. 

Right now you’re writing poetry,

Your mission’s destiny, 

These poems will touch some others, there,

They’ll turn within to Me.

In peace, just listen and write, dear, 

Take the time each day,

Fulfillment is in following, 

What you hear Me say. 

Always, I am with you, 

The day will never come, 

When I’m not fully present, 

Entwined, we live, as One. 

Today, now, and  forever,

I tell you what is true,

I am with you always,

Never alone are you!
