Our Joining Brings The Message 

Mission lies not elsewhere, 

Not in some foreign land, 

You need not travel far, dear, 

It’s right there where you stand. 

Witness to those around you,

The family, friends you meet,

The people in the grocery store, 

A stranger on the street.

Need not be in a formal way, 

The light of love comes through,  

Our joining brings the message,

Of what to say and do.

Each encounter is unique, dear, 

Don’t rehearse a prepared speech,

For each one’s needs are different, 

Tailor-made, we teach. 

It may be just a smile, 

A welcome greeting there, 

Or perhaps the need’s to listen, 

To show you really care.

Stay open to our joining, 

You’ll know just how to be,

Simply and appropriately, 

Love brings its remedy. 

You may never know the outcome, 

Just trust you’ve played your part, 

Find joy in our relationship,

Within your mind, your heart. 

Our joining brings the message,

Of love and joy sublime,

This is how we heal the world, 

One person at a time. 

Soon you’ll be a witness, 

So open up today, 

Someone there is waiting,

 I’ll tell you what to say.

In closing let Me tell you, 

We’re One, you are My own, 

I love you and I’m with you,

Never dear, alone.
