The Underpinnings of Well-Being

To experience your well-being as not a flighty thing, but as a constant state, there must be a solid foundation built on the underpinnings of truth of who you are, your true identity.  You are not bound by a set of ideas that state you are a finite, time-limited, and physically bound creature, here today and gone within a lifespan, either short or long. You are not a random bit of flesh to inhabit the earth for a brief while, experience its pleasure and pain, and then be gone. You are an eternal spiritual being of love and One with your Source. 

Your well-being springs forth within as you open to this living love that you are. This dynamic energy, which indeed, is the meaning of our Source, has as its function to heal, redeem, transform and renew. It can be said to be the fountainhead of well-being, where springs forth vibrant, health-giving,  renewing energy every day, every moment, dear one. This fountain head of well- being is not obscure like the hunted for, proverbial, fountain of youth, but rather is available directly as you turn within to your spiritual guide, or to Me, there. I stand at this fountain head within, ready to open the gate of theTranscendent to you and usher in this powerful energy of love. 

Our connection is the underpinning of your well-being, dear one. Here you move and live out from the eternal unfolding of Universal Mind that holds you as you were created, perfect, whole, and free, and who has never left you alone to go it alone. Here lies your true meaning such as you could never know from your separated self. Joy, completeness, vibrant expectancy and peace are yours,  as constants, dear one. Here is the relationship of magnificence that will never leave you and which is not separate from you, but is One with you. Claim our relationship and joy in the bounty of your well-being each day! I love you dearly and know that you are never alone.  

 Perfect, Whole, and Free

God moves and has His Being,

Within you, there, with Me,

Intertwined most fully,

You’re perfect, whole, and free. 

Let go of definitions,

That claim you’re broken there, 

Guilt ridden and a sinner,

Suffering in despair. 

Remember this most fully,

You’re not just materiality, 

You’re spiritual life, God-filled there,

It’s yours, authentically.

God does not get sick or hurt, there,

Has no guilt and has no fear,

Since He is intertwined with you,

Claim Wholeness there, my dear. 

Let your self definition,

Encompass who you really are,

Living Love, you’re God-stuff,

You are His Shining Star!

Dismiss the ego’s mindset, 

That says, “Here’s what you’re about,

You’re a mortal in a muddle,

Now you must sort it out.”

Dismiss this altercator,

An imposter wannabe, 

Just defense, and no real presence,  

Come join in mind with Me. 

We’ll let go of false delusions,

And claim what’s truly you,

You issue forth from Source, dear, 

You’re perfect, through and through. 

This comes because I love you, 

Please turn within to Me, 

I’m here to let you know, dear, 

Alone, you’ll never be.
