Rapturous Revelation

It changed your life forever, 

When illumination came to you, 

Rapturous was the vision. 

When love came into view. 

There, but for an instant,

All the world was love,

Radiating meaning,

Words cannot speak of! 

Words cannot describe it,

With love, no lack was there! 

Full, complete, with meaning!

Love even filled the air! 

You saw love as  energy,

God’s meaning, making new, 

Each vibrant moment so alive,

Creation, coming through! 

This revelation given,

Solidified your course, 

Compelled to tell the world, 

Love is God’s great light force! 

Lord, you showed Yourself to me,

Clothed in raiment, white,

Reminded me of mission,

My agreement, I would write.

Thirty year have passed, Lord, 

I’ve written what You say,  

The rapturous revelation, 

Lives in my heart each day. 

Love, it is the reason, 

Love, it lights the way, 

Lord, with you I sojourn, 

In rapturous joy each day! 

I want to let you know, there, 

Dear One, who reads this poem, 

Jesus is the Answer, 

With Him, you are at home.
